Today has been one of the most satisfying days of my professional career. It was an incredible pleasure to hand over a cheque to a client for a child trauma claim.
Their young daughter is currently undergoing treatment for leukaemia meaning for now their lives are on hold. The payment will enable them to take as much time off work as they need without worrying about the bills or mortgage.
Every day I talk to clients about protecting what is important to them. This might be their income or their lifestyle but for most, family is number one. As this client goes through as tough a situation as any parent could face, we are proud of the role we played in making it a little easier.
Next time you get that renewal notice and wonder if the money you are paying is still worth it, think about how much easier it will be should you ever have to make a claim.
